Emphasize/Focus Components of Fitness (COF): Power, strength, and agility.

What I did? I did box jumps, lat pull downs, squats, bench press, leg press, and the T-test.

How I felt before? In this session my arousal level was low and wasn’t motivated because it was the 2nd period and I was still feeling tired, so had to warm up to get me hyped up.
